Straw yellow is actually a bit harsh, there is a good bit of amber/gold depending on how the light comes through the glass. Pours with a mostly clear straw yellow color but there is some fine particulates floating about in the glass, well except for that one big chunk in there. No canning date, but the bottom of the can does let me know this is batch number one! All sarcasm aside, a quick search of the internet confirms this can is likely pretty damn fresh. Evil Twin Imperial Simcoe Slacker is an American IPA, 7.5% ABV.
